    What are your opening hours?
    For all our stores our hours are as following:

    Monday - Saturday from 10 am to 9 pm
    Sunday - 11 am to 6 pm

    Are you opening new stores?
    We are planning to open new stores as soon as we can. We know there is a need for more stores and we are working hard to make this a reality. Drop us a note if you want us to open a store in your area! We would love to hear from you so go to our Coming Soon page to send us your suggestions!

    Do you provide personal shopping?
    We sure do! You can contact merel@noskinny.com and she can organize a personal after hour shopping session for you. You can keep it simple and be on your own (with our fashionista) or go all the way with friends, champagne and spa packages. Either way, we can make it work for you!

    Can you do alterations ?
    We do hem alterations for our denim, we can do them for online and in-store orders. We charge a very low price of $5 for full price product and $10 for discounted product.

    I hear you are organizing parties?
    We are and it's a lot of fun to do. We are looking for people that want to host a party, invite their friends and have fun hanging out, do fit sessions and have your own runway show. We come to you with product and our expert fashionistas to make it a party to remember! Email merel@noskinny.com for more information.

    How does your sizing work?
    Most of our fashion is fitted or what some would call junior plus. We numbered our sizing 1-3 and we have some items in 4 and 5. Since not every body type is the same we usually have a range of sizes that apply. So here it is:
    Size 1 = 12-14
    Size 2 = 16-18
    Size 3 = 20-22
    Size 4 = 22-24
    Size 5 = 24-26

    When in doubt... call customer service and our experienced fashionista's will help you determine your size.

    What is your store return policy
    Our goal is to create a great shopping experience for our customers, if you have feedback email us at shopping@noskinny.com and let us know how we're doing.
     
    Returns will be gladly accepted with valid receipt within 30 days, no cash refunds on credit cards. Store credit will be issued
    if receipt is not present, with gift receipts and with staff pick and clearance returns.
     
    We are more than happy to alter your fashion to fit you best, however we can not accept returns on alterations.

    What is your online return policy?
    Our goal is to create a great shopping experience for our customers, if you have feedback email us at shopping@noskinny.com and let us know how we're doing.

    You can return online orders after email confirmation, email     shopping@noskinny.com for authorization and we will replace or refund your merchandize within 30 days of purchase. We cannot give store credit on online orders.

    We are more than happy to alter your fashion to fit you best, however we can not accept returns on alterations.
